Registration is open until the 19th of September 2022.
In case of abstract submission, registration deadline is the 7^th of September, 2022.
 
Several steps are required for registration:

    Mandatory:   
        - Registration on the Conference website : see page "Registration"
        - Registration and payment to the SFBBM, as described below. Registration will be considered as definitive only after the payment is received by the SFBBM.

        - Verify that your SFBBM membership is up to date ((https://www.sfbbm.fr)

    Optional:
        - Submission of an abstract (see page "submit an abstract").

Mandatory format of the abstract:

Title Times New Roman, size 14 bold

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by

- Check to the  SFBBM
- Bank transfer only on the bank statement of  the congress :

- Purchase order at SFBBM (No SIRET: 784 281 818 00038)

In any case, the names of the participant(s) should be mentionned with the payment.
Check and purchase order, with a copy of the registration form (received by email) should be sent by e-mail to the SFBBM (sfbbm@sfbbm.fr)
 
CANCELLATION

Cancellation must be notified by signed and dated mail, email or fax.
Cancellation 40 days prior to the meeting kickoff will be charged 50%. After that, no refund will be possible.
Not showing up is not a suitable reason for cancellation.
